We recommend the medical grade ZO Skin health regimen and HydraFacial to prepare your skin for Mopheus8. Your procedure will take about 1 hour. We apply a numbing cream before each treatment for a more comfortable experience. We recommend at least three treatments four weeks apart for the best results. Most people feel comfortable returning to work the day after treatment. You may see improvements in your skin a few days after treatment and you should notice visible results over the next three to nine months.

Microneedling

We use Skin Pen, the first FDA cleared microneedling device. Microneedling (also called collagen induction therapy) uses controlled “micro-injuries” to stimulate your skin’s natural healing. What to Expect

First, we apply a topical anesthesia product at least 30 minutes before the procedure for your comfort. We then pass the Skin Pen device over your skin several times. You’ll receive a moisturizer treatment before you go home with your post-care kit.  Your face will be flushed and feel tight at first. You’ll start to look like yourself again after two to three days. You may experience some shedding. It takes at least three treatments to see results, and we can perform a treatment every month.

Mesogold therapy is an innovative microneedling technique that contains a customized solution for your specific skin care needs. At Fountain of Youth, we mainly use Mesogold for PRP Facial Rejuvenation. Mesogold is commonly used on the face, neck, décolletage, scalp, and back of hands. Dermaplaning exfoliation treatments remove dry, dead skin layers and peach fuzz on your face. Dermaplaning also boosts the effects of your skin care products while making your skin look and feel smoother. By removing facial hair that traps dirt and oils, dermaplaning can decrease the appearance of acne scars.

What to Expect

Dermaplaning treatment takes 30–45 minutes. You’ll see radiant results right away with no downtime. We recommend treatments 2–4 weeks apart for your best results. Side effects may include a scratching sensation or a slightly pink or red color that disappears in a day or two.

Treat unwanted imperfections in seconds with minimal discomfort with ThermoClear. ThermoClear is suitable for all skin types, and downtime is minimal with immediate results.

What To Expect

Some irritation, redness, and crusting may form on the areas treated. Avoid direct sunlight immediately after the treatment. Results are typically instant. Occasionally two sessions may be required to remove a lesion entirely.
